Research & Development
How it works
• The R&D Phase: We begin with an initial 3-hour window for design and testing. The fee for this is $60.
• Invoicing: We will send the initial R&D invoice only after you approve the design. Please note that shipping fees are not calculated at this stage; they will be added to your final production invoice once the full order is ready to ship.
• Production Credit: Once your product goes into production, a $30 credit will be applied to your Invoice.
•Extended Work: Any time beyond the initial 3 hours is billed at $30/hr. We will always ask for your authorization before proceeding with extra hours.
Protecting Your Files
• Intellectual Property: You retain 100% ownership of any original logos, artwork, or design files you provide.
• Confidentiality: We will use your files exclusively for your project and will not share, sell, or reuse your proprietary designs for any other purpose without your express written consent.
Returns & Abandonment
• Non-Production: If the design is not approved, or you choose not to proceed with a production run, the $60 fee remains due in full.
• Returns: We will return any physical samples or provided items once return shipping costs are covered.
•Abandonment: Items left in our possession for more than 90 days following an unpaid invoice or lack of communication will be considered abandoned.

Where to start with Your Ideas
The best way to contact us is to fill out our custom order form or email us. This is the easiest way to share information, show progress, and obtain your approval on your designs. See the Link above.
Getting it Ready for the Lasers
Preparing your ideas for the laser will take time, depending on the project's depth and complexity. After the files have been set up, we will verify with you that all parts are correct.
Testing & Calculations
Part of the setup process involves testing it on the material to determine how it will appear when executed. At this time, we can determine the time required to run your product and to assemble it.
Assembly
Depending on the project, we may create jigs to assist with the assembly process and reduce the time required for assembly. Most assembly is handled by hand.
Product Ready for Delivery
Whether picking up locally or needing your products shipped to multiple locations, Country Lazer has the means. We can work with your shipping account or set up fair rates.
Reordering Products
Your account will display your products for easy ordering. (If you don't have an account, one will be set up for you.)
Accounts can have a separate login for those who order or make payments. Please let us know if you need help setting up these types of accounts.
