Thank you for your recent purchase. We hope you are happy with our workmanship. However, if you have found a flaw in our workmanship, you may return it to us for an exchange only. There is no need to return the item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All items to be exchanged or replaced must be notified to Country Lazer in person, by phone, or by email within 7 days of delivery. Please send pictures of the damage and or explain the defect of the product.

EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENTS PROCESS
Once the damage and corrections have been discussed and or fixed a new order will be sent into processing. Ready to ship items will be shipped out ?, Custom orders may take 5-7 days depending on the type of corrections and the size of the order.

- Custom orders can only receive a partial refund up until a Bid has been finalized.
- After custom orders are Validated and Paid they cannot be refunded.
